Steps Before Requesting a Tracking Number
- Open the deal in the system.
- Navigate to the Disbursements tab.
- Click the pencil icon to open the Disbursement Details section.
- Check the teal information bar to review the payment method.
If the Payment Method indicates “Next business day delivery”
- Send an email to help@surefund.ca.
- Include the Deal ID in your message.
- Request the tracking information for the payment.
If the Payment Method indicates payment is sent via Wire, Bulk Wire, EFT or Electronically, tracking is not available. Please refer to the payment confirmation letter.
