Modifications to a deal may be made after it has been signed, provided it has not yet been submitted.
Should any changes occur following the initial signing, the deal must be re-signed by a lawyer.
Note: Typically, once a deal has been submitted, its status will display as "Waiting for Funds".
After submission, a deal can no longer be altered. However, a Lawyer can cancel the existing deal as long as the funds have not yet been wired to SureFund.
