When a payment is issued via EFT, an email confirmation is automatically sent to the recipient advising that the payment has been issued and will be deposited within one business day.
The recipient of this notification is determined by the email address entered when the payment is created. Ensure the correct email address is provided so that the intended recipient receives the payment confirmation.
