You must complete all steps of the deal, including signing and submitting, before you can wire the funds to the SureFund Disbursement account with the Wire Deposit ID.
When you submit the deal, you will receive the Wire Deposit ID. You must include this with your wire transfer.
Otherwise, there is a chance you will get a notice of unallocated funds.
If you have skipped any steps prior to wiring the funds to the SureFund Disbursement account, or if you have wired the funds without including the Wire Deposit ID, contact Client Services at help@surefund.ca in order to avoid any delays with your disbursements.
