How do I disburse funds with SureFund?

Note: All disbursements must be in Canadian funds. 

You will disburse your funds in SureFund by creating a deal, adding the property, payee and fund details, funding the deal, and releasing the funds. 

Before you can create a deal, you must:

1. Set up your profile
2. Set up your trust account
3. Set up wire transfers with your bank

Once you've got your accounts and profile set up, you can set up a deal straight through to disbursement.
