If no Wire Deposit ID was provided on a wire because the funds were sent prior to signing the deal, or if the wrong Wire Deposit ID was provided on the wire, please email the following information to help@surefund.ca so that funds can be manually allocated to your deal:
- Deal ID
- Correct Wire Deposit ID
- An attached copy of the Wire Confirmation
To avoid any delays with funds being allocated to your deals, please ensure that you include the Wire Deposit ID for future deals.
The Wire Deposit ID displays in the Deal Submitted confirmation window when a deal is submitted. If the Deal Submitted confirmation window is closed, the Wire Deposit ID will also be displayed in the top left corner once you have opened in the deal.
