If you see a deal in the Action Required section of the Dashboard, it means there is missing information (e.g. documents or the Wire ID Number) or other attention required in order to successfully disburse your funds.
To address the Action Required issue:
1. In the Action Required section of the Dashboard, select the deal.
You will be taken to the Action Required section of the Deal's Messages tab.
2. Select the Action Required item.
3. Select REPLY.
The reply window opens.
4. Write your reply.
5. To add a document (if needed), select the DEAL DOCUMENTS button in the message window.
The Documents tab displays.
6. Submit the document as you normally would.
Note: If the deal has been submitted, you can submit a document in the Post-Submission documents sections. The documents you add can be viewed by the recipient of your message.
7. Select SEND REPLY.
