If there is missing information (e.g. documents or the Wire ID Number) or attention required to a submitted deal, an alert will appear on-screen, advising you that a note has been added to your deal.
You can also filter the Dashboard for Deals where action is required.
1. To filter the Dashboard, in the In-Progress pane, from the drop-down list, select Action Required.
The Deals display.
2. In the Actions column, select Edit Deal
3. In the open deal, select the MESSAGES tab, then the ACTION REQUIRED tab.
4. Select REPLY.
The reply window opens.
5. Write your reply.
6. To add a document, select the DEAL DOCUMENTS button in the message window.
The Documents tab displays.
7. Submit the document as you normally would.
Note: If the deal has been submitted, you can submit a document in the Post-Submission documents sections. The documents you add can be viewed by the recipient of your message.
8. Select SEND REPLY.
