If there is missing information (e.g. documents or the Wire ID Number) or attention required to a submitted deal, an alert will appear on-screen, advising you that a note has been added to your deal.
To respond to the note:
- In the open deal, select the ACTION REQUIRED AND HISTORY tab, then the ACTION REQUIRED tab.
- Select REPLY.
The reply window opens.
- Write your reply.
- To add a document, select the DEAL DOCUMENTS button in the message window.
The Documents tab displays.
- Submit the document as you normally would.
Note: If the deal has been submitted, you can submit a document in the Post-Submission documents sections. The documents you add can be viewed by the recipient of your message.
- Select SEND REPLY.
