How can I get a proof of payment for a disbursement?

Once the funds have been disbursed for the deal, the payment provider will issue the appropriate confirmation documents to be distributed to involved parties.

You will find Proof of Payment documents in the Documents tab of the completed deal.

If you do not see your Proof of Payment or need additional details:

1. From the Documents tab of the open deal, under the Confirmation Documents section, select REQUEST PROOF OF PAYMENT.

The Request Proof of Payment screen displays. 

2. From the Disbursements options, select the document you'd like to request.  
3. Select SEND REQUEST. 

You will receive a notification when your document is available.
