If your deal is still in Disbursement in Progress status the day after completion, it could mean there is further action required or missing information.
To verify whether your deal requires further action/information:
1. Open the deal from the Dashboard.
2. On the MESSAGES tab, select ACTION REQUIRED to check for additional action/information.
3. You can also select the ERRORS tab to check for errors with the deal.
4. If errors appear, select FIX next to the error, or FIX ALL ERRORS, if multiple errors exist.
If no actions are required, in the SureFund Help Centre window, type Send Message, and complete the details to request a manual update of your status. The SureFund Team will contact you once this has been completed.
