Are you wondering why your deal is not showing as complete after having released funds?
Typically a deal status will be updated to "Disbursement Completed" the day after the funds were released.
If your deal is still showing Disbursement in Progress the day after completion, it could mean there is some further action required on your part or some other information is missing . Double check the messages on the deal under Action Required on the Dashboard or view Disbursement Messages in the Messages tab in the specific deal to make sure nothing is outstanding.
If there are no actions required, please send a message through SureFund asking for the status to be updated manually. The SureFund Team will message you back once this has been completed.
